Need a new set if pads for avid elixir CRs, are all avid pads standard? Also sintered or organic for Scotland (hot and dry at the moment, but typically mud/rain/pish)

I prefer organic pads,better stopping power and quicker to bed in.Although they don't last as long as sintered pads

No brainer on this one.
These are simply superb.Better than any iv'e tried before and iv'e tried the lot..
