I love the snowy one - but I don't recognise any of the shots ? Apart from lovely Clare, natch
Great shots, VERY jealous!
The snowy ones are from Grisdale tarn to Ruthwaite lodge,First one is from the Coach road (Dowthwaite head to St Johns in the vale),Second is a Singletrack climb from Dunmail raise,Last one is above Glenridding (lantys tarn) for a cheeky downhill finish.

What ?? I just said she was lovely - that's innocent enough innit ?
looks fantastic.
seems we all had a good un today up there
It was a great day chucky, bit icy in places, but the snow actually filled lots of the front wheel swallowing holes in, making it easier in places, although I dont think Clare would agree with me on that one!
More pics

Heh heh is wasn't so much the holes, more the sheet ice!!
Fabulous day out - the most enjoyable road miles I've done for ages were along the back of Thirlmere. It was absolutely amazing, mostly frozen but with that real wintry light.
We just kept stopping all day, looking around and marvelling
Brilliant!
Awesome, very jealous.
