just so I know (never been on one of these rides before)...what's your idea of a pootle? (not been on a bike for a couple of weeks..and got at least a week 'til I'm back so I might be a bit out of practise!

erm, average speed of about 6 mph. With cake. And falling off. And looking at nice views.
I like these rides to be inclusive. No racing off and that kind of thing

DenDennis anyone is welcome. Its an anti-clique IMO, join in, drop out and rejoin whenever at any date in the future. You don't have to say 'sorry I cant make it'- if you can great. If not- theres always the future.

Hello Peaks folks - am planning on coming down to Sheffield for Easter weekend and riding Jacobs ladder (from Edale, to Mam Tor & Castleton) o Friday, followed by Cut Gate & various possible Ladybower loop extensions on Saturday. I will post something up separately in the next day or two but thought I'd post it where your attention is first.
