There should be a law against riding a bicycle in the dark, on a busy street, especially in the winter with narrowed roads due to snow. Don't blame the driver. Roads are for cars.

I guess we need to see what the sentence is before we can say justice was done in that case. I don't think it's a forgone conclusion that she'll get a custodial sentence.
