Stainless steel sink, not that old (3 years) has three separate clusters of pin size holes, all reasonably closse to each other. Is there some type of stick patch on the market or similar to stop the drip/leak and avoid replacement?

Google search - Nil

ditto, stainless (particularly anything less than 22%) wont be happy with chlorides (bleach).

arrldite will do the job

Go to B&Q (or similar) and have a look in the adhesives section, there's loads of epoxy type metals and adhesives, I used some of there own brand epoxy metal on a sst tank at work and its been fine for 6+ months!

Are you sure they are rust, pinholes, or just rust spots, try rubbing them with a kitchen scourer, dont let the wife se you doing it, or youll be forced to womens tasks like cleaning, etc.

or just rust spots

uh, if it's stainless then it shouldn't rust, but stainless is susceptible to chlorine compounds, so go easy on the bleach...
