Some more dropper remote adaptors?

As some of you know I made an adaptor to convert a standard KS/Thomson dropper remote to a thumb shifter.
I’ve had a bit of interest again so pondering making some more but would need to know what sort of numbers before approaching the boss to see if it’s possible.
So, if you’d be interested in one (or more) drop me an email and I’ll see what sort of numbers I get. Probably need IRO 20-30 to make it worthwhile.
Pricing would be the about same as last time @ £12-15 each posted.

Come up with something to attach a reverb to a Shimano brake leaver and Id buy one.

Brilliant bit of kit, if I had one of those posts I’d have one, not sure it would make much difference on my reverb remote.

Anyone tried this with a reverb remote? Can’t seem to get mine in a comfortable position.

If anyone has a broken reverb remote I could play with I’m sure I could do something…

Do you mean an adaptor that replaces the swinging part and clamps both onto the bars? I’m not running shimano brakes so don’t know exactly how they are fitted….

the swinging part of a shimano brake lever is fixed on.

I’ll try and have a look at one of my mate’s (who’s running XT brakes) bike to see if I can work out what is needed..or if someone can send me some pics of how it might fit too, that’d be great..

Anyone tried using a front shifter instead, I’ve set my command post up with an old x9 front shifter and works treat, far better than the spesh remote, also mounts straight onto the sram brake.
Only mod that’s required is grinding/filing off the 2 tiny teeth in the mechanism so it doesn’t stay in the shifted position and just pulls cable. Probably possible with a dremel without splitting the shifter.

I was just thinking the Command Post lever should fit on this… it is just giving you the bar diameter at a different angle isn’t it.

I guess so, however I’m sure there’s an abundance of unused front shifters knocking around these days that don’t cost a penny.
The shifter lever is a lot longer than the spesh remote lever making it a lot easier to push specially once the cables arent so smooth.
Also the shifter is sealed and the barrel and top of cable aren’t open to the elements, so I’m hoping it stays smoother longer, so far so good.

Anyone used, or work out if it would be usable with the the RSP Plummet remote?

How wide is the band on the remote? These have a 12mm wide clamping section.
