So I have a plan for me and Martin to go to Snowdonia next week (Tue to Fri) and maybe we can ride Snowdon if it's not too stormy. And some trail centres as he hasn't done'em yet.

Where to stay (bike friendly)? B&B? Bunkhouse? Other?

Loads of youth hostels round there and some are doing breakfast included (e.g. Llanberis). Price is not dirt cheap but not extortionate either. Some are better set up for biking than others but all will have a drying room and self catering kitchen. From Capel Curig you can ride to the Marin trail / Penmancho, LLanneris or Snowdon Ranger you can ride Snowdon.

I like the opposite side to Llanberis when I go, there is a decent bunk house run by the folks at the http://www.snowdoninn.co.uk/%5B/url

Bunkhouse smells a bit like school changing rooms but had some good times there and it aint far to ride to the very excellent pub either, and if the wether sucks then go enjoy the log fires with a pint of draft Staropramen. Stunning location under Myndd Mawr and the lake too. I love Snowdonia….!
