at 5"2 yes they do. I ride an orbea no pics though. Giant do some wee bikes without having to resort to kids wheels aka 650b

specialized ruby, think it's a 45cm, 700c (normal road bike sized) wheels

just looked on 'jejeames cycles' and there's a 'Giant bike' on there, its size 43cm whats size is that ? ...it must be extra extra small' lol
