    What were they called? They’re a sort of t-shpaed thingy that you bolt onto the end of your MTB brake lever, so you can use it from your bar end.

    And, where can i get one?

    If you are feeling very stupid, I remember a review for a product that linked your brakes to your bar ends. Pushing the bar ends forward activated your brakes. Can’t remember who made them but I remember the magazine pointing out the obvious dangers of such a product!

    There is also a lever with an extended blade that works with bar ends.

    I think Bache Brothers in Lye had some of the lever extensions in.
