  • Replacing High Roller with Maxxis Rendez, any opinions?

    Hi,

I need to replace my rear tyre and possibly fancy a change. Currently I run a 2.35 minion super tacky front, and a 2.35 high roller 62 or the rear.

I was wondering if anyone has tried the Maxxis Rendez? Any thoughts or experiences?

I would be running the 62 exception in 2.1 on the rear matched to the minion above. Both would be ghetto tubeless on Stans flow rims.

I've got the Rendez (in 2.1 62 exception) on my Trance. Very happy with them – they've seen the Dyfi Enduro, trip to the Brecon Beacons, Cut Gate and more.

Rendez is an insanely grippy tyre, even more so than a high roller. Great choice.
