Heard there are some new signs up on Redlands Woods near Dorking aimed at mountain bikers. Anyone seen them? What do they say?

Yep, just been in there.

Lots of signs from the FC. Basically saying that new saplings had been cut down to make some of the newer trails and that as its a commercially run area this cannot happen…can we stay on summer lightning etc. As yet they have not blocked the trails off….but I suspect its only a matter of time.

The latest trail built had been cut right through that wood of saplings and was right off the main access 4×4 track so very conspicuous….one step to far for the Landowner.

Props to the trailbuilders but probably for the best to lie low for the moment!
