Would they look good or stupid?
Show me your raw/silver bikes with raw/silver stems and seatposts.
That Onion does look nice but I have more black than that. mmmm
Munqe Chick's Giant Cypher (aka girly Trance). Raw frame, raw wheels, silver painted forks, black bar/dropper post/stem and brake/groupset. Swapped the cheap OE wheels which bizarrely had black spokes on silver hubs and rims and looked plain wrong for better quality (Pro 2/717) all silver wheels.
Ultimate style faux pas...druid does it just to prove the point.
Bump for the evening croud
Go on then. Raw/silver and white (mostly)!

Saddle and post changed to this - now much better looking and riding!

I Ache....sorry to burst your bubble love but some of us are busy, posting from phones, not too bothered about typos etc in this dump.
Happy to let you pwn me tho.
how much time do you spend cleaning your bikes?
mine wasn't that clean even when it was new
they look lovely though
LOL - that indoor photo of mine was taken when it was first built - it's not even had pedals fitted yet!
I don't have a silver stem but silver seatpost and cranks looks great on a polished frame ๐
If nowt else, this thread has made me realise that I don't like White saddles!
Mine's raw ti, all silver kit with a bit of black - black decals, 980 XTR silver/black crank with black ring, black rims and spokes and black grips + saddle. Looks good, to me anyway. I was headed for a 'natural finish on all materials' policy but it needed a bit of contrast to stop it looking like a retro project (frame and forks look a bit retro in a way already)
I like the matt grey and silver on the Marin ^. The onion works with the carbon fork. You need a bit of contrast / balance somewhere, so a bit of black should do it.
