thinking of changing from internal to external brake hose routing on my patriot build (cant be bothered to break the hose and re-bleed)has anyone used those m:part stick on jobbies or something like to route on the top of the swingarm ala current alpine 160?

spend the time to break the hose and re-bleed, it will look a right dogs dinner otherwise.. your not one of these people that wraps old tubes round the swinging are too are you?

As above take the time and do a proper job.

The stick hose holders that you mention won’t last long on an off road bike no matter how much you clean and prepare the frame before sticking them to it.

After all it only takes 15 mins max to billed a brake.

I ran my cables down the top of the swingarm for this reason, and partly because they rattled like hell in there.

The stick on guides were rubbish, until I superglued them on & all was fine. 🙂
