Anyway, it looks gash in gold, apparently black is silver?, but it's quite powerful as is now running a 64bit chip. Looks like the S versions are no longer just minor tweaks to current models. So suck it! iPhone 5 owners 8)

I'm a little disappointed in the fact that iOS 7 wasn't really much of a "redesign", but more of a "refresh". The core functionality and interface still remains the same, and IMHO, a bit stale.

Well i was all for selling both my Iphone 5's and buying a 5S but im really not taken by it.
bit disappointed with the price of the 5C. had hoped it would be nearer £300. as it is too expensive for me. also seems too close in price to the 5S.

I assume you can switch the fingerprint sensor off - otherwise how do you lend your phone to someone ?

they seem to have removed the 5 from the website and have the 5s, 5 and 4s. I guess the 5c will kill off any 5 sales as its too close but they are keeping the 4s as a cheap model to get rid of the ones they were left with when the 5 came out.
The new connector is annoying, we have lots of docs for ipods so would need a bulky adapter which seem to be unnecessarily long.
4s is still a great phone. Perfect size IMO.

There may be a way to switch off fingerprint recognition but you can also set up multiple fingers.... er users.
iPhone 5 has gone off the Apple site but the 4s remains??

In my mind, it stands for "Cool" cos that's what it is.
The C stands for Coolor. Like color, but cooler.
the problem is there are lots of brand new iphone 5 handsets outhere.
Realistically would you buy the 5C for £460 when you can get a brand new 5 for £300?
