Oh yeah, Platoon, Born on the Fourth of July and Full Metal Jacket.
That's my 3.
Dez, you realise that your three favourite films can't be "all of them", yes?
camo16 - nice one with talk to her, saw it the other day in the cinema
for me:
funny games (only seen the original)
high fidelity
clash of the titans (original)
Asking around a while back, seems like for best results you have to have seen Bladerunner a while back, some of it feels pretty dated now and The Kids are pretty picky about stuff like that. Still love it though.
Die Hard
Die Harder
Die Hard 4.0
Back to back of course - grow old with Bruce!
Ghostbusters
South Park the Movie

This is really tricky! A top 5 or 10 would be easier, but it's probably
Betty Blue
Renegade
The Matrix
But there are so many great films in this thread too. I can't decide if Star Wars should replace The Matrix in my list.
The French Connection
Man bites dog
Le Haine
The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
Alien
Aguirre, Wrath of God
No-one said Brokeback Mountain yet?because it's not that good. the pacing is slow and the actors are milking it, probably the choice of the director
Tough one indeed..
Aliens
The Blues Brothers
Jaws
with Wall-E, Jungle Book, Le Haine, Platoon, Predator all up there as well.
2001: A Space Odys... Odess...Oydis..Thingy.
Dullest film ever.
The Music Box - it doesn't matter how many times I see it I always find I can't breathe for laughing.
Casablanca - if only for the scene when the Germans singing is countered with the Marseilles.
The Usual Suspects - although the film should end as you see as Kevin Spacey's foot straighten out.
And in reserve Tremors
Local Hero
Life of Brian
Brazil
Where Eagles Dare?
Debbie does Dallas,
All holes no poles,

In terms of sheer perfection and broad appeal
Back to the Future
Hudsucker Proxy
Monsters Inc.
ET was almost in there
Yes I like some "cooler" films, but they're either a). based on a book which is superior (Fight club) or just flawed in some aspects (Apocalypse Now, Blade Runner).
Big Wednesday
Dead Poets' Society
Blue Juice
