  • Passportes du Soleil – how fast does it sell out?

I've heard conflicting stories on how fast the places go for this. I think all the different towns on the circuit get an allocation of start places – so maybe the Morzine starts sell out fastest, but it might be possible to get places later for a start from one of the other towns. Anyone know anything about it?

    you are correct.

les gets/morzine sell out pretty quick.
    chatel/champery quite a bit slower.

we stayed in chatel last year.

    IMO:

    Better trails,
    Less English n0bheads,
    Better Access to trails
    Nicer and cheaper accomodation
    Bigger Supermarket.
Quicker access to lesser used swiss stuff.

    just better all round!

Thanks for the info – any idea how long it takes for Chatel places to sell out?

    Entry opens tomorrow.
Nine of us staying in Chatel. 😀
With the event being held in Chatel this year, would guess their allocation will go quickly.
