    Very nice,how’s it ride?

The Nickels/Butchers didn’t really take off did they, but I bet they ride pretty well.
I think people were put off by the weight and also the similar bearing complexity to a blur/nomad.

I’d describe it as very playful(?). It rides alot better than other single pivot bikes that I’ve had.

The brown on this weeks bike works quite well with the stanchions.

1 year… This will stay less if a alu TR comes up!

Agree- I was looking for a tic tac orange one then this brown one came along. Quite like it.

But wasn’t it light blue last week and had proper wheels on it? 😆

I see Hora has been doing the old `stand on the scales with and then without the bike’ thing 😀

mrshora said ‘I’ve never seen your mountain bike clean yet you are cleaning your road bike daily with wet wipes?!’ Is this right? Or am I being weird/OCD. I can’t stand it even slightly dirty.

I see by your saddle position that you’ve bought the wrong size frame again. 😛

It means I can keep my 50mm stem..

Weeeelll… I use the tears from Baby Robins to clean my Roadies, they squeal a bit and wriggle around but once you get a good grip the flows regulated by thumb/forefinger pressure.. 😆

I see nothing wrong with the bike but your shoe rack needs and extension

I’d be keeping that as muddy as I could, gopping.

I give it until August 21st

Considering its a layback post, your saddles shoved a long way back, and the rails look bent in the pic..

It’s not a looker that’s for sure, shouldn’t put you off riding it though I bet it’s a laugh.

    Will it ride over pebbles?

Would love to test this theory- I go through front brake pads less due to the 203mm rotor. It just needs a dab rather than longer use. True??

Yep. Not a looker. Agree there but it rides good. The Patriot before was even uglier..

Will it ride over pebbles….arent they being phased out? 😉

    Could run cooler I guess.

on the back though? lock up every time surely?

Think the back is 180mm. The brakes have great modulation which helps?

Also helps with tired braking fingers I.e dont need as much lever pressure.

Knowing you can lock em up also gives more confidence too?
