how hard is it to get them out? Im having a right old time!

Oh and when it says dont scratch the where the seals sit whats the worst that can happen if you have?

There’s some how to videos on Marz 44 servicing out there. Seem to remember it covered seal removal. Might be worth a google (was on here too recently)

OK seals out but as above scratched the seat the top seal sits in, are they ****?

should be dead on. Take some fine wet and dry to smooth the scratch, if deep fill with araldite maybe? make sure to wash out the inners to remove debris and leave to dry. A good tip I was told for getting the seals out is use a tyre lever, if metal tape the end up. Worked for me anyway
