Anyone care to give me some ideas for a low calorie, low fat lunch that will give me lots of energy for my 20 mile ride home. Usually eat sandwiches but getting bored of them.
During winter I carry a small camelbak so have space to carry a sealed plastic box so could take cold pasta for example. I don't need a huge lunch, just something different.
Ideas welcome, constructive ones please - I don't want to eat pies, crisps, pizza, greggs sausage roll etc. Well I do but I try to resist.
