That's very nice Luminous but I'd be a bit worried about losing the fish on a rough downhill.

Good one, yeah, fish not included.If you must have a fish though, get yourself over to Angel Acquatics (where the pic and vid were made), Stuart will help you out with anything, hes part-fish, we think.
I inlcuded the fish, just in case people thought I was being tricky with photo-shop and a still image.
I don't think my photography skills are quite up there with Trout's, but you get the idea.
Ignore the foam on the bar too, the owner had misplaced the proper rubber shim that comes with the light to allow it to fit smaller diameter bars
I normally suggest mounting the light next to the stem.

Budget Option:
My mate just showed me 2 led lights he got from a pound shop, yes £1 each. Yeah, they're not 1000 lumins, but stick 10 along the bars and you might have something useable! This is untested, but for a tenner!?! Could even sick a few on you lid too!

Is that the new Trout then, I'm a total newbie to the entire LED revolution...still running my Lumicycle HID (used it about 10 times only since new, 2006)

Like the look of that 3a Yan. I'll wait to see what trout and luminous come up with (preferably also with 3 LEDS), but you have set the bar high with that one!

I reckon it will be a £50 Bastid this year. Just waiting to see if the current model changes, the 5 mode one, between now an October.

I'm about to commission the housings for a 3 LED light to complement the Model 601. The Model 301 will be either helmet or bar mounted, owners choice.
So sorry, no prices yet for the 301 I'm affraid.
There is some other stuff in the pipeline too, hopefully in time for Sept/Oct

I've lost my turboferret 18650 case/battery pack
Anybody found anything else suitable for 4s1p mounting of 18650 cells?
My nightlightning is a bit pony on the 12v LiOn pack I have, the voltage seems to tail off a bit quick for it, even programmed down for 12v input.Posted 1 year ago #
