    Wet commute this morning.. sort of cosy and homely somehow. I was warm, my gear was dry in the rucksack. Almost Christmassy… 🙂

    Humph, really fancied a ride last night, but CBA.
    Heavy downpours here this morning, but weekend looking good. Might try and get out for a few hours at dawn on sunday…..

    Some places never dry out, rode over Minera/ Fron deg towards Pen y Cae on Tuesday lovely warm weather, however absolutely soaking over the moor

    scaredypants and thepurist – no no no, not like that. 🙄 I have moaned on here about the miserable-itis virus that pervades the Chilterns so I meant it was refreshing to come across someone that did not scowl/blank me.

    Will I ever live this ‘badger’ thing down? 😯

    Was planning on the Chilterns this morning , but my guide cancelled.
    So off I went to Epping -dry as a bone & saw three deers.hurrah.

    it’ll be like the Somme on sunday. 😥
