The dream is over, I have walked with jackals in South Africa, ridden up Ventoux and bathed in beer Europe, walked the high passes off the Andes in Peru, but now the coffers are now empty and the year off has to come to an end. I need to return to the world of work 
Anyone recommend any sites (apart from the obvious Reed) that are good for registering CVs/finding jobs? Or, even, anyone want to employ a Cheltenham based BA?

Computer Weekly job site has always produced the most leads for me.

Get onto LinkedIn and Yammer there seem to be agents trawling them looking for people at the moment.
As for decent ones - we seem to have used Timothy James Consulting, Levy Associates Limited and TechNET IT recently for delvelopers, but those are just the selected recruiters from my HR department.
Sorry, BA's aren't my area! Good luck though.

+1 for CWJobs. I was registered on a few sites, including Jobserve, but once I put my CV on CWJobs I started to get enquiries every day.

I found linkedin quite useful. Often companies advertise on there directly, but you can also look up the names of people you will be interviewed by to find out how to prepare, look for people with similar skills to you and see where they work. Connecting with recruitment agencies also puts every they are in touch with into you "extended network" which you can look through to get names of companies/people to apply to.
My last three jobs have been through Jobserve - and that's going back 12 years now!
