Picked up Beelzebub on saturday evening and took it out for it's first ransacking yesterday.
What a great bit of kit! Just wont stall no matter how heavy the grass 🙂 Looking forward to stripping and refurb'ing it this winter.

Turn up the volume 😉

And that kickstart is all flavours of AWSUM!
😀 😀 😀 😀

Counts your toes out, and count them back.

My ears are ringing.

Is that your garden or did you take it up the local field for a blast?? 😆

LOL,

I had a party on saturday, and was it my imagination, or did the whole world decide to cut their lawn on sunday.

Sharpen the blades and that'll be perfect for the zombie apocalypse. 🙂

I like the way that adjustment (choke?) requires you to put your hand within snagging distance of the belt drive. An excellent design decision 😀

Nice. Why is it everyone on here seems to have acres of their own land??

(Not jealous)

Blimey, you'll be getting a noise abatement order from people miles away!

Saw something like that in the Imperial War Museum in the WWI trench digging section.

Did you get the camera with it? The video quality is so poor it looks like it's from the same era.

Whichever one you get you will definitely want the motorsports kit to go with it.

was watching an allen scythe on eBay Debbie - but bought the deck mower so didnt bother bidding on the scythe. More's the pity.

Suddenly my custom painted late 80's petrol mower seems woefully inadequate. Time to get a flail tank I think.

Not jealous

I bloody well am!

I have used an Allen Scythe, although it was a bit of a mission. First time out we had to re-seat the valves and do various other bits of severe maintenance. It never managed to cut well enough to proceed under its own power without getting snarled up.
