So i’m just starting a ride when suddenly I have the pedal body of my XTR spd’s still attached to my shoe and the spindle still in the crank arm but sadly the two parts of the pedal are no longer attached to each other 😥

Is this repairable?

That would depend on how they’ve parted company really. What broke?

Exactly the same happened to me on friday last week, have sent them back under warrenty, fortunately was on the flat at the time.
Got mine from crc, phoned them up and they said to send them in, so I would recomend going to where you bought them from and doing the same.

Not sure what broke really, it doesn’t appear anything has come loose, the hex nut on the pedal body (which is how I thought they came apart) is still done up?

Will have to dig the receipt out, Pedal On, I think.

18 months old though so might be stretching a warranty claim?

Mine were may 2011 so 14mths old, they had no quibbles about it,
