Interesting bike rack from NZ - has this been spotted before?

Never seen before but looks interesting for light loads on non carbon hardtails and for preparing milkshakes on full bouncy alu bikes

Looks like a really good idea , just not sure if they're worth the £105 it would cost to get one here.

If the attachments are just velcro will they not just slip down and foul the tyres?
