I've bought a few bits for my Chariot trailer from St John ST Cycles before and found them to be resonably priced and prompt with delivery, however I spoke to them yesterday about a part that obviously doesn't get replaced often and has changed somewhat over the years. Unfortunately I don't know exactly which model year my trailer is from, and I've got some slightly incompatible bits, so, rather than risk selling me the wrong thing they gave me the suppliers number and contact person (never found them whilst searching for Chariot trailers on Google) and said that I could buy direct for the same price. I'm now waiting for my part to arrive
All in all, very happy, and although I now know the importer, I'll be buying my Chariot parts from SJS in the future, just so that they get a slice of the money too.
(I've no connection to SJS BTW, just a happy customer).

Top service and they actually stock stuff that seems almost impossible to get at other places.

Well I still don't know why the £5 delivery charge always take 3 to 4 days compare to a Wiggle free delivery which take 1 or 2 days maximum. I know they are in Somerset, but I'm in Wiltshire, so really.

Yeah always top service and helpful and knowledgeable after care - but, yes, postage does always seem high and take an age. Being local-ish, I tend to just pop in though.....

I find them very good and helpful - I usually wait until I need a few things before I put an order in due to the postage.
