I saw this Traitor 668 concept the other day. I fancy building up something like it, but prob SS not fixed, and maybe with mudguards so I can ride it to work.

Does anyone have any ideas on what frame would make a good base for it? What has short chainstays? I was thinking I could fit 650B wheels/tyres as well.

Surly Karate Monkey has a wobbly seat tube like that and can run big wheels.

Cheers Alex, not too worried about a bent seat post. But the small frame monkey looks ok

its a polo bike so anything like a damp butter bean or volume cutter will have a super short back end and run big wheels. your issue with 650b wheels will be brakes. the frames will mostly come with v mounts
