    anyone know the best place to get a couple of these from? best, as in cheapest and definitely by next weekend?

    Lex's in Penistone has them and his prices are always competitive – http://www.lexs.co.uk. They mightn't be on the website but give them a bell as they fitted one with a new BB for me a couple of weeks back. I think I paid a tenner but it was in with various other bits.

    There's a vid on the Hope website in case you need fitting instructions.
