Got home to find a letter from Tasmania Police today 4 months after this happened.

The guy went to court on the 2nd charged with Common Assault. Convicted & fined. It's a shame they didn't put the driving stuff on him as I would feel safer knowing he wasn't on the roads for a bit. At least it's something.

I am relieved you were not hurt. In Aus someone tried to side-swipe my ex off her bike at a roundabout. We both gave him a serious earful, and eventually he apologised!!?!
Funny how these things turn out sometimes!
