I seen him at Beastway, Fasthaggis! Din’t know who he was back then mind, and he looked reasonably ‘normal’.

used to know him too from the Eastway Beastway days. Had so many close races with him. Fine fella. I had no idea from talking to him that he led such a colourful life. The last year of the Eastway Beastways, the vets trophy was one of his creations.
