received my forca today and i am impressed, need a bit of fine tuning as i am worried about the cable on my rear tyre as i ride a 14 inch full suspension frame,so have routed it to the front. first impression are good.

i can confirm, that routing to the front is doable. the seat rails are symmetrical and will fit either way round.
been out again today and getting used to it. forgot i had it at times.

Funny, all the 27.2 folks about! Wouldn't it be awesome if rockshox went ahead and made a reverb for this size - pay top dolla for that (as my frame will outlast me)

What do people thing of this:

These TrailDrop / Forca posts have just one drop (90mm)

Would 2 drop heights be appealing (55 and 110mm)?

Here the trade off will be the dropper part is slightly longer - so you need to have 200mm post showing before you can use one.

I've been riding with this seatpost on my bike for about 8 weeks now and I reckon it's one of the best bits of kit I've invested in for a long time.

I'm still fettling with the cable tension as I haven't quite found the sweet spot yet, but other than that it's great. I spent all of about 5 minutes yesterday dismantling it, cleaning and re-greasing to bring it back to full 'ejector seat' potency.

Really, really pleased with it.

B.

was- I'd be interested in a 110mm drop post if it was available, but I'm seriously considering the current model as well. When do you reckon they'll be back in stock?

Two height would be great but I think a small drop (25mm) and full drop would be better. The small drop is still pedal-able but slightly out the way. That's what I've got on my spesh post and it's great. Full height for climbing, small drop for general riding, full drop for techy stuff. Can't see the point in a mid position.

110mm would be more than enough for me. I'd be very interested in a 25mm/90mm post for the mrs bike.

Was - a 27.2mm dropper post with 110mm of travel!

That would make the post travel of any dropper post for 27.2 (as long as you ignore the crappy Rase thing). I think a lot of people would be interested in that esp if it was a 400mm long post

The 110 would be 420mm total length.

I like the idea of a 25mm drop and a 110mm drop, although I do like the simplicity of the basic version.

Will see what I can do - watch this space.

Hi was.

As per my email I'm definatly interested especially in the double drop option (initial 25mm would get my vote too).

I tried to set up a notification on your website but couldn't work it out so can i please ask that you add mortgageboyuk @ gmail . com to the list for when they are in stock please 😳

Hi everyone,

Rather than leaving your email address in this thread (not sure how conformant it is to STW rules), please subscribe to email updates on the website - www.bigmassive.co.uk - which had some issues earlier in the week but is fixed now.

Alternatively email me directly at: will@bigmassive.co.uk

I promise I won't spam you, you will just get notified of stock arrival!

90mm @ current price is excellent

110mm @ current price plus a little bit would be friggin great!

I currently use a 27.2 GD Turbo with the multi-position - 1" or 4" down - and love it. From experience so far I'd say a 110mm with a 25mm secondary down position would be more useful that a 110mm with a 55mm down option. A cheaper-than-GD version would be utterly brilliant. I've already subscribed for updates 🙂

i am finding that the full drop a "little" too much. it's way out of the way and find it difficult at times to weight the seat to bring it back to full extension when required( i am extremely short in leg). somewhere half way and only that would be good enough for me.
