There is only one fish pie recipe and that is from the big man Brian Turner, it's the shallots poached in sherry that really does it.

Needs more fishy stuff in that recipe.
Whiting, Ling & prawns make a good fish pie, with a few mussels chucked in as well.
Mrs GF cooks a good fishy pie, one of those you just want to keep on scranning!

Likes oodles of chocolate, oodles of Lambrusco and prawns.
