Brilliant - love it when the baby comes in on wheels as if the toddler's not funny enough. Made my day this.

EDIT - rewatched 2 or 3 times and crying!

So true, and then the mum hurtling in after them is the icing on the cake.

So true!

Midway through a call the other day, as I was discussing something fairly serious (paperclips are no laughing matter! ) my son walked in to the room next to my study and shouted, with great pride, "I've done a poo!".

Very good.
Luckily mine are school age, but without fail, clients like to call at pick-up time and not when it's nice and quiet 9-3.

By the way she man handed (or woman handed) the children I would say she was the nanny. The mother would have probably berated him for not taking more care!

I love how she closes the door whilst on her knees, as if that is somehow less conspicuous.

One or two comments here but mostly on FB - lots of people are reposting it and there a lot of assumptions that the woman is the nanny. I've got no issue with it; it's just interesting that that's the assumption.

Facebook comments? Read them? Nah. "I'm so funny, I can state the obvious" is the theme on FB comments.

Anybody else notice the mums trousers are halfway round her thighs?

Big discussion with kids about daddies important work and everybody needs to be really quiet.

Mum goes for a wee

Kids seize opportunity to see what all the fuss is about

Why does everyone assume she's a nanny?

Because they are a lot more racist than they are intelligent.

Why was the mother/nanny/whatever crawling around on the floor? If she'd just come in to the room in a calm way and scooped up the kids it would have been a non-event.

Really? What is there to remotely froth about?

Guardian commenters don't take much to froth about!

Haha! Yep! Got to be his fault, surely.

Would have been even funnier if the kid shouted "Daddy, where are your pants?"

Because it looks like she hasn't quite got her trousers quite back on

I love his first response, just sticks his hand on the kid's chest and tries to push them away without so much of a flinch, "they're probably out of shot, it's fine"

Seems I wasn't the only one to wonder why so many people assumed she was a nanny:

Been lots of hand-wringing about this apparently. Racial stereotyping and all that.

Personally I just assumed she was a nanny/childminder based on the general panic and the way she unceremoniously scooped up the kids. But clearly that makes me some kind of subconscious racist ๐Ÿ™„

I read the bbc thing last night , Does someone on here work at the beeb?
When I saw it, I imagined the terror of the reprisal from a possible nasty authoritarian man. I did't even consider the mother's ethnicity, like i would all the time.

To be fair, can't be nice to be shared around the world and then accused of 'child abuse' by 1000s of strangers.

still hasn't answered whether his wife was having a wee at the time.

I'm not sure we actually need to know though.

+1

If someone said this around my wife, they'd have a very pissed off Asian Investment Analyst tearing them a new arsehole.

It's great when we meet red faced tory/ukipers at social functions, I put on my poshest most sneering and irritating public school voice and watch their tiny minds explode when they find out the 5 foot Asian woman is earning twice as much as them and that she's not a nurse/beauty therapist/2 dorrah prostitute.
