    Is it an urban myth?

I have often heard that cats love to crap in airing cupboards – if they get the chance – is it true or a load of ****.
Do people still have airing cupboards?

We have a cupboard in the hall which used to be an airing cupboard but guess I can't be one anymore since theres no hot water tank since we has a combi boiler fitted. When our cat Daisy was a kitten she like to sneak in when my daughter left the door open and sleep in the packing box of spare towels.

She's never crapped in the airing cupboard, she did once spray diarrhea out as she walked from her litter tray through the hall into the living room.

It's not one which I've heard before. Certainly cats love airing cupboards, for obvious reasons – they're warm, comfortable, and quiet. Few animals want to sh1t where they like to sleep, so I can't imagine why they would want to do that.
