I read this earlier. They're either using spectacular levels of snake oil verbiage to describe vibration dampers (like those little things you see on tennis racquet strings) or they don't work at all.

Can't see how a sticker is going to stop anything vibrating, especially the one on the tyre ๐Ÿ™‚

I suspect a cheap experiment is needed...we need to aquire some of these damper things then break into the Ann Summers manufacturing plant and get these added to the toy finishing process...then we wait to see if the returns volume goes up (figuratively!)...
