Can anyone help?

Trying to remember the name of an old kids TV programme I watched when I was younger.
It was a serial that aired a few times in the run-up to Christmas, all I can remember was that it had a car that could fly, I think the car was black.
Not much to go on I know but surely someone will know which show I mean.
