80% turn out in the election, at least the citizens of that country still care enough to go and vote.

Slightly different type of election i know, but the turn out in some of the mayoral referendums this week was a measly 24%.

Do we have any form of system in this country where the result is voided if the turn out falls beneath a certain percentage?
