It’s a Mavic Crossmax ST or would I be better just selling it on eBay with the forks?

    some can.

Ive just changed my superstarcomponents 20mm to QR with a set of additional cups thgat you buy specific for the hub.

Maybe there’s an equivalentt aftermarket thing for the Mavic hubs…

    Yep.

Just drop the 20mm spacers out and push in the QR ones.

    Blurb about the crossmax ST.

Mavic’s close-tolerance bearing/hub interface contributes to the stability of the ST’s, making the front wheel stiff for a lightweight racer when running a fork with a 9 mm QR axle, and making them stiff, period, when running a 20 mm through-axle fork. Oh, yes, these hubs adapt to either axle with included adapters that easily pop in and out of the hub shell.

    😉
