I'd try the camping at Broad Haven (nr Bosherton) and the NT places in South Pembrokeshire. The Beaches in North Pembrokeshire tend to have more dog restrictions.

Great beaches – Newgale (southern end for dogs), Broad Haven, Barafundle, Freshwater West, Marloes, costal path etc, etc, All dog friendly

Going there tonight for two weeks see you there – enjoy it!

Saundersfoot, the Wisemans Bridge end is ok for dogs. Great pub, sandy beach with rocks to explore in.

Pencarnan near St Davids – fantastic setting and right on the coastal path. Long (2 mile) walk to the Farmers Arms in St Davids though
