Not sure If anyone's interested but as It was announced on the news Wiggins is going for the Tour as well as the Giro. I like the guy as he seems to have a bit of life about him and really hope he wins The Giro but doubt he could pull off a double.
What's yer thoughts. ?
I thought Wiggins was going for the Giro and Sky were supporting Froome for TdF?
Apparently not , according to todays news they will have both riders go for It and for a week and let the tour decide(or David Brailsford). This years TdF suits Froome more with the mountain stages .

That's what Froome thought too. Wiggins apparently has other ideas.
If Wiggins can maintain his fitness into the tour then I don't see why they can't carry on as joint leaders aim for the one and two slots and let the road decide which one takes which slot. If nothing else the rivalry should keep things interesting.
He's got to win the Giro first and that's not exactly an easy proposition.
If he does well in the Grio then it would be difficult to argue that he can't climb.
