    Can Bontrager 'Non Tubeless Ready' Tyres be used tubeless? Any idea what the differences are if any?

    I do have Bontrager tubeless ready rims

    Sure, just use stans fluid and plenty of soapy water.

    if i recall, bonty tubless ready have a tubeless bead design but the walls are porus just like non tubeless and need sealant to work.
    proper ust tyres dont need sealant but its prefered

    I have a pair of mud-x on xt775 wheels that have no sealant in them and have held air without leaking for over a month so far, dont worry, i'm going to put sealant in before i use the bike again!!
