We have been invited to a wedding in Barcelona in April next year and keen to tag on a biking holiday afterwards.

Can anyone advise on companies which run holidays in the Pyrennes,or other worthwhile biking destinations near Barcelona?

Really great couple who run guided mtb rides in the neiges catalanes region in the French Pyrenees. I’ve been twice now for week long breaks and don’t think I’ve ridden the same bit of trail twice. Great food, great weather, great riding.

Edit: Forgot to say, they can collect from Barcelona, or Perpignan too!

Edit to the edit: just seen you plan to go in April. I’ve never been earlier than the first week of June and there was a
fair bit of snow higher up then. Speak to Ian or Angela and they may suggest some riding lower down the valley.

How near is near?
La Milona Bike Park isn’t too far away.

La Molina is very, very good but doesn’t usually open to bikes until late May iirc

April is early for them (they’ll still be skiing!) but they’re pretty flexible and if they can’t accommodate you, I’m sure they’d be able to offer some advice.
