I contacted Halfords but because it's old stock they can't do a store-to-store transfer and you had to be in the store to pay for it. I live in Brighton so this presented difficulties.
So Northwind has stepped up and paid for the bike for me after I transferred the funds to him and also printed and delivered the shipping label to the store.
The two Craigs in Bikehut bit of the store made sure the bike was nicely packaged and handed it over to the courier. They both couldn't have been more helpful through the process, tbh.
So thanks to all the above 🙂
Anyway, bike arrived this morning and looks great.
