My second poll of the day.

Well, spraying water all over it could risk freezing/expanding in scary places right…? 😀

It’s no different to riding your bike through puddles on the ride. In fact it is, water from your tap will be warmer. So if you have sealing issues you’ll have sealing issues. If you don’t it makes no odds.

The last time I rode my MTB was in October. It was a cold, wet night ride. I got home at about 10pm and put it in the shed. I havent seen it since. Im stripping it down this weekend for a new build though, I’ll let you know if its disintegrated or not.

I find when it’s that cold that the biked is pretty much clean when I get home anyway!
