    I havent read those articles cos I’m ignorant and dont want to educate myself. Are they any good? What will I learn?

    I dont think Im massively fast on a bike, but I like to go as fast as I can and that seems to work better if I had loads of nice carbs like crisps, cakes, biscuits and chips lentils and veg
