Building a 14" pinnacle ht for the gf, was wondering if any brakes have reach adjustment or are particularly suited to small hands? Preferably without going too top end?
    Thanks

Hayes stroker trails have a good shape lever for a smaller reach and are reach adjustable easily and don't break the bank (much).

Shimano XTs have reach adjust as well IIRC

I think almost all brakes are reach adjustable aren't they – they just vary as to how easy it is to adjust ie. simply finger dial or allen key

As neninja says, though some are better than others. I've used various Hope minis and X2s, the X2s are very good but I think XTs are the best I've used for a close to bar position. This was mainly because we bled them well and I spent a while fiddling, was well worth it though.

Mrs TJ has small hands – hopes on one bike are fine – the other has womens specific auriga brakes on it – sepecialised myka. They have a really good shap lever – not just reach adjustable but the whjole shape of the lever is better – more of a dog leg in it.

Shimano XT's, you can wind em practically all the way into the bar, and they have independent bite point adjust as well as reach adjust. I've got em on a couple of my bikes now, and it's just a few twirls on a couple of knobs to set the brakes on one of my bikes up for my GF's little hands for when she comes out riding with me.
