Could anybody help to give a friend of mine a steer in the right direction.
He is coming to work in England for a few years and wants to know what to do about tax etc. He is employed by an international company and plans to stay in the UK for a few years but he wants to keep his state pensions etc going in Turkey, he is a bit worried he may have to pay tax to both Turkey and the UK for this to happen as he will automatically be taxed here and will have to pay some sort of contribution to Turkey, does anybody have any idea what he will have to do or know a good website for him which uses very clear and simple English, he looked round the web but found it a bit frustrating.
