Scruff, that makes sense then. I know loads of re-sole places offer stealth rubber.

keeping eye out for the adidas in shops to see what they are like. http://www.adidas.co.uk/terrex-solo-shoes/M22244_600.html They don’t look too bad…

It may have been a gimmick, but I’m sure I saw a pic of adidas shoes with conti black chili sole too. I may have imagined that tho after a few too many ales 😆

A mate has used Terrex shoes with with flats a lot and rates them highly, good grip and they do not absorb water like 5.10s.

I used Adidas Terrex when I did Megavalanche. It wasn’t the shoes that held me back 😉

The Terrex size up very narrow. Shame as I fancied a pair.

Not true, I’ve got pretty wide feet and have a pair of Terrex solo’s in my normal size and they’ve been awesome. Had them nearly a year now and they’re still the grippiest shoes I’ve had for riding. Were a little tight when brand new but they soon bedded in!

I tried a pair on the other day and distinctly didn’t fancy walking any distance in them.

I don’t normally have trouble with the width of shoes and have played in adidas football boots for years.

As per Isitafox, I disagree that they’re narrow too. Its personal preference / foot shape but they’re as comfy as any other Adidas shoes I’ve had and also other brands too.
