has anybody used one of these before? ’Action cam 3 HD 720p’

was thinking of getting a helmet camera and this one seems ok, but before i spend £40 can anyone give experience/opinions/reviews on the product.

£23 or so on ebay, 720p. Worked fine for about two trips into work and then the battery failed. Image quality is fantastic for £23 but the quality control leaves something to be desired. [Not just my opinion btw, seems to be running theme online.]

Looking forward to hearing any better reviews for the action cam 3. Don’t see point in spending go-pro money on these kind of things, as they tend to be placed in harms way!

Thanks for the suggestion, but it may end up being too shaky as I’ll be riding some pretty rough DH. I agree though no point in spending ‘go pro money’ on something like this. Basically (like most expensive bike related parts) you’re paying for the name.
