I get what happens with the chain, but why spend time solving a massive problem that you've created, as opposed to not creating the problem. And also it is possibly the most fugly thing that I ever did see...

it seems to be designed around the premise that a high centre of gravity is what you need... has everyone else been getting it the wrong way round for all of these years?

In what way do they say it's better than more conservative designs?
One of the things I love about bikes is that despite huge amounts of £££ thrown at R&D, no-one has managed to supersede the basic diamond frame

People would pay money to ride that?! That truly is awful. Did they do any consumer research to make it that hideous?

Cheers

I think I should report this post to a mod for the physiological damages I have incurred from that picture. It's like a car crash you know you shouldn't but you have to look. Well thanks op I've gotta try and sleep tonight. I'm gonna have nightmares now. 👿 🙂 lol

It does look like it might have a very rearward axle path.

But at what cost?

I would love to ride that down the beast, just to see my life insurance company laugh at me. Sorry, laugh at my widow.

I've printed a picture of it and put it on the garage door saying "free to a good home". Should stop potential thieves.

That looks like a completely different bike. They've changed some colours and everything. It will probably get a 5 star review from BikeRadar by the end of the week.

We find the people that designed that bike, we find them and we stop them.

Is the idler pulley/gear on a pivot? I'd look on their site but I'm bound to be sick.

Looking at it there, I'm increasingly curious about them. I'd liek to give the DH one a go. Maybe it has something.
